About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I want 2 study civil engg.. Which university wil b best in shanghai,nanjing,or beijing? Do i hav 2 study chinese lang 4 a year before joining BE?Do i get BE course in english? Im searching 4 a international reputed univ in these places which provides this 4 years course in english. Will u provide me some information??

Tsinghua University in Beijing and Tongji Uversity in Shanghai. I think they have english courses but not all of them are in English. To be a student there, you should have HSK4 level for Chinese language. That is one of the document you should have for study in China.
