About:Chinese Embassy in India

Hi,

I am applying Residence Visa for my 2 months old baby boy, do I need to submit Medical report with other documents? Your reply will be highly appreicated.

You don't need to submit medical examination report for your 2 months old baby, Applicants who are 7 years old and above shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate
