About:Xinjiang Singing and Dancing

How far in advance can you volunteer at Chengdu? I will be there around October 15 2010. How many hours for one day? Do you get to interact with the Pandas?Is there a charge?

I googled and found that they are recruting 6 volunteers worldwide Aug-October and the volunteers can then stay with the panadas face to face for a month. They will also be paid $1,000 although it is a volunteer work. It did not mention how many hours the volunteers need to work per day.
