Hi there!I'm considering going to FengHuang in late September but I would like to have the feedback of someone who have been there recently: I want to know how the city has been affected by the floodings in June and how it has recovered from it.Besides, what is the best (cheapest or fastest) way to go to Fenghuang from Changsha: train to Huaihua/Tongren then bus / direct bus to Fenghuang? It has recovered from the flood I think it is as beautiful as before.There is direct bus from Changsha to Fenghuang, depart from Changsha West Coach station at 09:00, 10:40, 15:20, 18:00   and takes rmb130 per one.
