About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello, I'd like to know if I have to renew my passport first before I apply for a visa? My passport is valid until March 27, 2011, and I planned to visit china from November 21 to 25, 2010. I already scheduled the renewal this October.

No,Ms.Chacha, your passport are valid to apply visas to China now, you may start your visa processing as soon as possible at Chinese embassy there. The required 6 months validity of passport is counted from the visa was issued. So, better get visa before Sept.27.
