About:Shanghai Weather

Hi,
We'll be visiting Shanghai from Sept.11-20. We wonder what will be the weather at that time? Also, we will be staying at Guoman hotel, Daduhe Rd & Yunling East Rd Junction, Putuo District. What is the easiest way to get to Expo? By metro or taxi? If by metro how to get to the metro line? If by taxi how much is the fare from the hotel? Also, we would like to go to the Catholic Cathedral in Shanghai which I think is (St.Ignatius Cathedral). Can you please advise us how to go there from the hotel?

The temperature will range from 25C to 32C. It is still hot and thundershower may happen sometimes. You'd better take an umbrella with you. There is no direct metro line or bus to Expo from the hotel. I advise you to go to Daduhe Lu Mianning Lu to take bus 44 and get off at Caoyang Lu Baiyu Lu. Then transfer expo special bus 18 and alight at Lupuqiao, you will see the expo.
It will be about CNY40-50 by taxi from the hotel to the Expo site.
You can walk to Yunlingdong Lu Daduhe Lu to take bus 766 and get off at Changfeng Park. Then catch bus 754 at Jinshajiang Lu and alight at Nandan Lu Wending Lu. Walk about several minutes, you will get there.
