Intend to visit Taiwan & Kaoshung with my family & 3 kids during Early December. Kindly advise me about the WEATHER & also sighseeing in Taipei & Kaoshung. What is the kind of hotel recommended in Kaoshung as we just want a 3* or 4* hotel (not too expensive & easy access to go around)
