Asalam aleikum,I am coming to China to Study at East China Normal University - Minhang campus from 20/09/2010. Am a muslim and would like to locate a nearby halal eating place and a mosque. Somebody out there recommend a nearby restaurant cheap enough for a student.Thank you.

There are several muslim beef noodles restaurants about 2km away from your campus. You can find then at Yongde Lu,  Baoxiu Lu or Dongchuan Lu, Minhang District. There seems no mosque near your campus. You need to take bus to Fuxingdong Lu or Fuyou Lu, Huangpu District to find one.
