I would to plan for travelling in Dec,i knows the temperature ranges is cool but is it also a rainy day?the weather comfortable for toddler or not?how's the weather in Kenting,Pin-Dong?

The weather would be cool, but not cold then, you can bring you some T-shirt and coats, sometimes it rains slightly, but not much.
Just bring your kid some warm clothes, I think there would not be big problem.
