About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey

Hi, I'm a Korean who has plan to visit Turkey for a short trip. Now I'm staying at China for a while and I want to come back to China after the trip to Turkey. In this case, can I apply for a visa at China embassy in Ankara(or Istanbul) individually? Or should I find a travel agency to apply for a tourist visa? This information is critical for my plan to trip to Turkey. I'm waiting for your answer.

However, I'm not staying in Hongkong and not sure if I can apply for another visa while I am staying in China. Is it true that I cannot apply for China visa if I'm not a resident of Turkey?

In addition, I want to know if there is any way to apply for China visa in Ankara.

Yes, the best way is to apply for a visa in hong Kong. Chinese embassy in many countries do not issue visas to temporary visitors. And to apply in mianland China is impossible.

If you apply in Turkey, you need to provide Turkish Residence Permit for Foreigners valid for more than six months before the date that the holder is back to Turkey or departs for other destinations. So, you can apply for a China visa before leaving to Turkey in Hong Kong.
