About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi, I'ved been to shanghai thrice & i have a ticket to fly back there on nov. If i get denied for an L visa would i still pay the processing fee or will the consulate refund it? Thanks much

They will tell you right away if you are denied. I thought you know it aleady as you said you been twice already to Shanghai. Same process as always.

its thrice actually not twice. I used to apply on my own, this time i wanted a travel agent to handle it, but they said even if i get denied i still would need to pay P1900 as a processing fee. so i guess Ill just do it myself. I have visa extensions before so that is a concern for me. It used to be no hassle getting one. thanks anyways
