Hello, I am trevlling to Bangkok for a vaction and already bought tickets to Shanghai without knowing I need a visa. How can I issue a visa to CHINA in Bakgkok? Thank you.

You can have a try but as far as I know they do not issue visas to temporary visitors if applicants do not hold a valid residence permit there. So better to enquire the embassy directly.
