I like to visit a company in Nantong. Please advice me the best economy route ( by flight, train or bus) from Kunming airport.

The best way is to take flight from Kunming Airport to Nanjing, and then take long distance bus to Nantong. Since there is no big difference from train ticket and air ticket.
