There are many trains from Shanhaiguan to Beijing, like D10, which takes around 2hrs. After getting to Beijing by train, you could take the subway line 2 to Xuanwumen Station first and then take the subway line 4 to the Zhongguancun Station. Hailong Electronics is just nearby the metro station of Zhonguancun.
