About:China Business Visa

Hi
I'm currently studying in China, I've got a "Residence Permit for Foreigners". It will expire soon.
Now I want to stay in China for another 6months to do an internship. Can I apply for an F-Visa directly in China or do I have to go back to Germany and apply there at the chinese embassy? The first way would be better for me...

Thanks for your help!!

You can try to extended your residence permit in your local Enter& Exit Bureau with documents that prove you need live in China for next 6 months. or you need to leave China, to Hong Kong perhaps to apply for an F Visa.
