About:China Business Visa

AS of Sept. 2010, just wondering ... in China, Z visas are no longer issued to foreign teachers over 60? ... or is it 65? I know several university teachers who used to teach in China, but many of those teachers were turfed once they reached 65. Does this policy apply throughout the country, or are there some places in the country where age is not a problem?
