Books written in Chinese are okay? It is very difficult to find a English one, I think. Usually, ceramics from official kilns have beautifully written design on the botton to show its date. Aside from microscopic bubble, there are also glazed color of painting, shape, craftwork, patterns, etc. Some colors or patterns are unique to some periods. Anyway, that is really complicated. The best way to look for a professional expert.
