Dear Sir or Madam ,  Can I book  now the ticket for the train T164/T165 Lanzhou -Lhasa  on 15th of September, or (it would be better) can Buy this ticket  in advance (the permit will be ready by the 14 of September)Thank you kseniya

You would better buy the tickets in advance in case they are sold out. You can ask the travel agency who provide the Tibet permit for you to buy the train tickets also.
