About:Chinese Embassy in India

I an an indian national want to apply for 15 dAYS tourist VISA to hongkong. pls provide the embassy adress in delhi and the procedure

With indian passport, you are not required visa to enter HK for 14 days, so if you can shorten your trip to 14 days, you do not need to apply for it.
