About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Hey,
I am really sorry to disturb you but I am doing an assignment and i really need some information about Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area. I know that UNESCO looks after the site but how do they look after it and what are they doing to keep it the same for future generations? Also, are there any other organisations that look after certain parts of the area. Could you please answer by Monday the 13th of September 2010. Thanks.
p.s What is UNESCO doing to preserve the wildlife?

The UNESCO have special committe to censor the protection of those natural heritage and they also have special funds. However, no clear about how they do this. The detailed protection is offered by each country. Local goverment issued specific rules to protect the place.
