i would like to know more about dumpling(food stuff). Howz the business over there.. i am interest to start a dumpling restuart over here in india.. can anyone give me a detail project report about this. i am planing to come over china to knwo more about this. awaiting reply.

Dumpling is a traditional Chinese cuisine food. There are large number of dumpling reataurants in Xian. I advise you to come to Xian to visit those big dumpling restaurants and then make up your decision. De Fa Chang is a famous restaurant with dumpling banquet. It is next to the Drum Tower.
