I have a ticket to leave Sept 8th 2010 to start my studies in Dalian, China - The Chinese Gvt has offered me a full scholarship. My problem is the letter of acceptance got here on such short notice that i had to renew my passport in a matter of days. I'm wondering if I can drive to Ottawa for my visa tomorrow (Sept 6) Labour Day and get my visa? Will they be open?
