About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi, can anyone tell me wether there is a special celebration during Christmas at the place where they have ice sculpture? By Christmas, is everything done ? and is it open for public? Thanks

No special celebration but they are open before the ice and snow festival is formally open in Jan 5. You can see the sculptures in Christmas.
