About:Shopping in Guangzhou

I'm traveling to Guangzhou on October. I would like to know if the stores are open particular on the 1st week of October, October 4, as I've heard that there is a week long holiday that all stores will be closed. Would also like to know when the Canton Fair will be? Thank you

it is national day,october first,only one day.

The canton Fair will begining at 15th,OCT ,For you refer of the national holiday just one day will be closed with the wholsale market so don't worry about that,Welcome to guangzhou
