Dear Dir,

I am a Malaysian in China now, I would like to know can I apply my Z-visa in China instead of travelling back to Malaysia since I have gotten an employement offer from a MNC company in China?

The visa regulations vary from place to place within Mainland China, you can go to the local Exit & Enter Department under Public Security Bureau to have a try to apply for work visa, as I know, Chongqing PSB can issue Z visa to foreigners directly, but PSB in some places ask applicants to apply for Z visa outside Mainland China
