About:Mount Emei

We are planning to visit Emei Shan in mid-September, but we won't be doing any hiking, just the the cable-cars as we're travelling with a young child.
My question is whether there's a bus connecting the Wannian cable car and the Jinding cable car.

Also, do you know whether it's possible to travel to Jiuzhai Gou or Huanglong by bus now or are the roads still closed due to the rains?

I haven't heard there are buses between Wannian Cable car and Jinding Cable car. Maybe you can hire a cab.

It still rains, better do not go there by landway.
