About:Hongkong Attractions

We will travel with kids and will stay at Fortress Hill. We need your advice on this itinerary plan for further improvement (Pls inform which "exit" at MTR, Bus Number, which place need to go first ?, time needed, which landmark can refer for direction ? budgeted cost need to spend on Octopus ? Can we use Octopus for airport bus?...etc) Can you guide us in MORE DETAILS ? Also, pls recommend good eating place with reasonable rate at Fortress Hill, Causewaybay, Aberdeen, Tung Chung, TST and SOHO ?
Pls correct me if there is any mistake on below itinerary.

1st day
- Shopping at Causewaybay (Times Square), then to Golden Bauhinia Square Take Bus 25A or 25C. At Golden Bauhinia, to take Star Ferry to Scientific Museum in TST (near Star Avenue) and to watch symphony of lights at 8 pm.

2nd Day -
Take Island Line MTR to Admiralty and Exit B to Bus 629 to Ocean Park.
To the Peak, take bus 629 back to Admiralty and then take Bus 15, to reach the Peak.
From Peak, take bus 15 to Admiralty MTR Station and take No.70/75 bus at Admiralty to Sham Wan Rd Yacht Pier,Aberdeen and then take free ferry to Jumbo Kingdom.

3rd Day -
Take Island Line to Central and change to Tswen Line and alight at Lai King.
There to take Tung Chung Line and get off at the terminal to take the Ngong Ping 360 cable car to the BIG buddha, Po Lin Monastery, shopping in Citygate Outlets. Then take bus 6/6X/6A/260 at Central Exchange Square Bus Terminus to Stanley Market (HOW far between MTR Central to Central Exchange Square Bus Terminus ?)
After travel back to Central MTR Exit D1 to Soho&LKF.

4th Day
To Disneyland - Same way going to the BIG buddha, just get off on the way at Sunny Bay Station and change to Disneyland Line.

5th Day (Flight at 8 pm)- Pls recommend activity before departing to airport at 2pm?

Day one, you itinerary is good, for local food, if met a Hui Lau Shan Store on the street, don't miss it! After symphony of lights, if you still want to taste some authentic local food, you can go to Temple Street Night Bazzar.

For your day two plan, I think you can put Jumbo Kingdom before the Peak, you can enjoy the food at Jumbo Kingdom and then go to the Peak and enjoy the night view there, since Hong Kong night view is one of the three most beautiful in the world.

You don't need to take Tswen Wan Line and then change to Tung Chung Line, just take Island Line to Central and then walk to Hong Kong Station, there take MTR Tung Chung Line to take Ngong Ping 360. Ecit C of Central Station is closer.

I think you can get to the airport first, store your luggage and then take bus to Tai O to have a visit, from there it is easy to get back to HKIA.
