i would like to go to underwater world here in qingdao, i would like to know the exact address to show to taxi, or how to get there by bus.

The exact address: No.2, Laiyang road. （莱阳路2号）
Just tell the driver you want to go to the Under-water world beside Luxun Park. Every one knows about Luxun Park. (鲁迅公园）
or just Under-water World(海底世界）

Buses to the Under-water world: No.214, 223, 26...
Get off at Luxun Park station and walk about 200 meters to the place.
