Please! Please!! Please!!! I really need your help, I bought 31 Laptops, 8 LCD monitors and 11 Phones (Blackberry, Nokia and HTC) since 22/08/2010. The lady promised to send it through fedex but when I receive tracking number it was china post. And anytime I track with the number RR662752179CN it keep showing "departure from outward office of exchange", and the lady has not been regular online as much as she used to before the payment. Please this is my first time of buying from Alibaba and need your help urgently.
Please I also want to know what to do in case of next time.
