About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi, I am a filipina and came to china last March 2010 and went back last August 2010.I have a German boyfriend in china w/ resident working permit. I would like to ask what visa should my german boyfriend can get or apply so I can stay longer in china and stay w/ my boyfriend's place.Because we try to apply an L visa here in philippines but they denied my application w/out any explanations.hope you can help me about my problem thanks.

we try to apply here already in philippines but they denied my appkication even it's complete requirement's like invitation letter and d photo copy of his resident permit.. And we went to china embassy here together and it's a big question from two of us why they not ask some question's and they just gave me some reciept and told that to be informed and i received a call that my application was denied but don't have expalnation's why...I am very upset about this visa problem... I want t go back to china so we can enjoy and have again.

Your German boyfriend can't apply for a China visa within Mainland China for you, you have to apply for China visa in Philippines, his invitation letter, the copy of his passport and China Residence Permit are helpful for your application.
