About:China Train

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to ask the following:
Is it possible to book the ticket Lanzhou to Lhasa and buy it when I arrive to the train station (15th of September)? As far as I know I should to have the permit as well, am I right?

Yes, Tibet Permit is required. And you would better buy the tickets in advance as train tickets are usually under great demand. You can ask the travel agencies who provide the Tibet Permit to arrange the train tickets for you.

Thank you, but the question was: can I reserve the ticket in advance and buy them on arriving at the station presenting the permit?
