Hi,I'm Indonesian, invited to Xi'An via Beijing for joining a conference (my paper accepted to presented ACED2010 0n November 7th-10th 2010), and will be depart from Jakarta on 5th November.Should I applying visa from your embassy in Jakarta or I can get the visa on arrival?
