Hi, I'll arrive at Hangzhou Airport at 13.20. Do you think is it possible to catch the 14.48pm train to shanghai south station? Considering the immigration and traveling time from airport to Hangzhou station.

It is a little dangerous. You would better choose to take a train departing from Hangzhou after 15:30, as the immigration procedures will cost some time and going to Train Station by taxi costs 30mins at least. Of course, the time would be even pressing if there is a flight delay.
