Will I be able to buy a ticket in the Beijing train station for the train from Lhasa to Beijing (T28) about 20 days in advance? What is the current cost of hard sleeper?

Domestic train tickets in China are usually started being sold at train stations around 10 days before the train departure. Current cost for one hard sleeper is about CNY813 from Beijing to Lhasa.
