About:China Railway Map

I will be visiting Beijing and Shanghai from Oct 6th.
I want to buy an iPad 64Gb, WIFI and 3G.
Is it better to buy in Beijing or Shanghai?
Where can I buy one?
And do you have any idea of the cost?

There is Apple Store in Beijing and Shanghai, I think the price will be the same, in Beijing, the store is at 19 Sanlitun Lu, Chaoyang District. Sorry I have no idea of the price.
