I am Filipino passport holder  with a spouse/settlement visa living in the UK. Is it ok to apply for a one year Z visa for China in London?

it is Ok for you to apply for China Z visa in London, but the China Z visa is generally valid for 3 months and permits 30 days stay duration in China, the holders have to apply for Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry.
