When will the winter season begins?I planning to come 16-22oct...DUn wan to b in winter season and cannot buy any summer clothings...Pls advise.. Tks alot..

It won't be in winter season at that time, in Taiwan, that time you still can wear your summer clothes if its sunny.

Oct is still warm in Taiwan with little rainfall, no chilly days at all.
