About:Taiwan Weather

Hi, I will be going to Taiwan from 23th Dec 2010 to 2nd Jan 2011. May i know the following:-

1) how is the weather during that time? Is it very cold? rainy days?
2) what type of clothes shall i wear? thick coat??
3) is it suitable to bring along my kid (23 months) due to the cold weather?

Generally, there will be less rainfall during Dec and Jan. And, the winter of Taiwan is mild, no very chilly days that the average temperature is about 15C. A warm sweater and thin coat will be ok. I think you could take the little kid.
