Hello,

Can someone give me some advice here?

I actually have an F visa and worked with it in Beijing for 3 months before to move to Tianjin.
I am now working for a company, but the problem is that the registration is not completed yet...My visa will expire the 30th of September and we need at least 2 ore month to finish the company registration. Can I apply for a Z visa even if the company registration is not complete? do I need to leave China to get a Z visa? Is it possible to go trough this by $$$ ??
Some agents proposed me to find a company for me in Beijing to provide all the documents, saying I ma working with them. If I do so but work in Tianjin, what are the risk for me ??

Thanks in advance to the one who can give me a magic solution !!

Sorry, sir, the requirements for a Z visa include a work permit that only a your work company (being registered) can offer help. I don't think it can be gone through by dollars.

If you find another company in Beijing, and apply for a work visa in that way, you will have trouble in getting a residence permit in Tianjin.

Not true at all. My brother had my extended twice already without any problems in Hangzhou. It didn't even take 30 minutes to get everything done at that office, queuing included. I got the visa one week after.
