I am a Nigerian Doctoral student in the School of Mechatronics Engineering,Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China.I was enrolled for the programme in Autumn of 2009 and I'm expected to conclude my studies in the Summer of 2012.My wife will be coming in November 2010 to live with me in Harbin for the remaining part of my programme.I want the VISA requirements for her and more importantly a copy of Medical Form so that she can commence the process of applying for the VISA on time.The Foreign Students Office of my University has issued a letter in this regard.Presently she resides in Ibadan, Oyo State. I need to be mailed a complete list of requirements for the issuance of VISA to China for the Spouse of a Foreign Doctoral Student.Thanks.

The visa requirements for her to apply for Family visit visa are: 1. her original passport valid for at least 15 months and its copy 2. one passport photo 3. fill one visa application form4. invitation letter from your university, copy of your residence permit and passport information pages 5. marriage license 6. your wife can download the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/physical.pdf)
