I will be visiting taiwan for 18 sep to 24 sep
what is the weather ? do i need some jacket or sweater ?
Izit a raining season for tat period?

Taiwan is in typhoon season currently with heavy rainfall. The temperature is about 30C during daytime, so the air will be humid. Anyway, please take your summer clothes and thin jacket.
