About:China Transit Visa

i'm right now in tokyo and will fly to shanghai in a week. From shanghai i'll fly back to germany. i'll stay in shanghai for 3 hours, but i have to check out there to get my baggage and then check in again to get my flight to germany. do i need a visa for it?

You don't need a visa for the transit in Shanghai.
