About:China Visa Fees

i overstayed for more than 3yrs in china in ghuangzhu ,i surrendered to police and report to phils embasi in ghuangzu already but so many requirements needed like they asked me the residents paper where i stayed for that length and i am 6mos. pregnant frm my filipino bf here in china,i would like to go back to phils for my delivery,what will i do pls help me ,and what will happen if it happens to deliver my baby here in china,what will happen to us? pls help me.
advise would be great pls,thank u very much.

we are in the same situation.u really need the residence certificate.i wil go to local psb on monday to surrender.email me <span class="clspost">yahoo.com.maybe|stan_4u75</span> we could go together and help each other on the requirements

You should provide the documents they require, and most likely you need to pay the penalty-about RMB 5000 at most. With this, you can be allowed to returen to Philippines and deliver your child. Better not to deliver him in China.

Ms Kawawa did they detain you after surrendering to the PSB? did they allow you to do as normal and wait to have all the documents needed? Is the Phillippine Embassy helpful?
