About:China Embassy in Thailand

And one more question..... can I use a medical certificate from another country to apply for the visa or do I HAVE to get a medical certificate from Thailand?

If you use a medical certificate from another country, the chance of get a China work visa is slim. You'd better get a medical certificate from Thailand. I advice you to go to China embassy in Bangkok to enquire it. If you prepare all documents, but the embassy refuses to issue a visa to temporary visitors.
