Hi,I am planning to make my way to Xinjiang in early October. I have some concerns since I'm going to travel alone. Is it safe to travel alone for a girl in Xinjiang? Should I get a specific permit to enter Xinjiang? What is the weather like this time of year? The temperature? Thanks for any advice.If anyone travels around this time, please let me know maybe we can travel together.

Hi, if you have this safe concern, I suggest you find a travel agency and arrange your trip. You don't need a specific permit to enter Xinjiang, just bring with you your valid passport and other certificates. The weather would be a little cold there, especially at night. Good Luck!

Dear Livy it is safe to travel in Xinjiang at the moment no worries. weather gets cold day and day so take some more clothes, if you have visa you do not need any special permit at all.  when you came to Xinjiang i invite you to came Kashgar. here you will find a lot of fresh feeling.
