Dear sir,
Good day
My husband is a pakistanee, I am a Chinese.we got marriage in china and also have the notary certificate in China last month, now he is in Pakistan and want to apply one year multiple L visa for family gathing. he always said to me I should send him a invitation letter to him. does he need invitation letter from me? I write the invation letter myself or should I go to a certain goverment agent?

yes, he needs the invitation letter from you, you can write the invitation letter by yourself, but you also need to send him the copy of your ID card. Then he can use the marriage license and the invitation letter and copy of your ID card to apply for a one year multiplee-entry L visa.
