I am a Singaporean planning to go to china for exactly 15 days. Leaving on Sun and returning two Sundays later. I would like to confirm if a visa is not required in this case?

Yes, you are allowed to enter China without visas for up to 15 days for tourism, including visiting family or friends, or minor business purposes provided you enter through nominated international ports.
