I,m Sanjay having indian passport in dubai. I like to visit china for bussines purpose
wat require ments we have to fullfil for that pls confirm

we have residence visa for UAE & already doing business there then why should i have to go india for that

You don't need to return to India for China visa application if you hold the UAE residence visa, the requirements for China business visa application at the consulate in Dubai are:
1. Original passport
2. UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months.
3. Application Form which must be completed neatly and signed by the applicant;
4. One passport photo
5. Copies of the data pages of the applicant's passport and UAE resident visa.
6. A No-objection letter from the applicant's company;
7. An invitation from CHINA with a copy of the inviter's license
