About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi,

I am Andree from Indonesia. I am interested in visiting Harpin in its best condition. For that, do you have some recommended hotel and how long I should stay in Harpin to see the best of the views?

I think three days are enough, it is better if you have more time. The best time should be Jan, also the coldest month. I think Power Hotel Harbin is a nice choice. It is four star but still have resonable room rate. The Post Hotel nearby is good too, in the city center and not far from Central Street.
