About:Harbin Attractions

We are planning to visit Harbin and Changbai Mountain in late Nov. Can anyone advise what's the distance between these 2 places and what's the most comfortable way to get there as we've a group of 10 and how long it will take. We've kids and old folks in the group. Would there be other scenic places to stop over between these 2 places? Any chance of theme parks for kids? Thanks!

About 700km from Harbin to Changbai Mountain. Usually, people choose to take night train from Harbin to Antu (next day morning), then hire a taxi or share with others, or take bus from Antu to Er Dao Bai He first then take city bus to the foot of Changbai Mountain. For you are a group, hire a van. It takes more than 2 hours from Antu to the mountain, costs for 200RMB for single trip is reasonable. Changchun is on the way. You may come to Changchun first and then take train from Changchun to Er Dao Bai He. Then take taxi to the mountain.
